No Return Policy

No Return & No Refund Policy

All donations made to Thombo Foundation are final and non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that your contribution is a voluntary, charitable gift and that you will not seek a return or refund of the donated amount under any circumstances.

Why Donations Are Non-Refundable

Thombo Foundation allocates donations to active projects as soon as they are received. Funds are directed toward tree-planting initiatives, community development programmes, and climate action efforts across Ghana. Because these resources are immediately put to use, we are unable to process returns or refunds once a donation has been completed.

Merchandise & Physical Goods

Any merchandise, educational materials, or physical goods purchased through Thombo Foundation are sold on a no return, no exchange basis. All sales are final. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

If you believe a transaction was made in error (e.g., a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, issue a correction.

Event Registrations

Fees paid for events, workshops, or programmes organised by Thombo Foundation are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

Changes to This Policy

Thombo Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this No Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
